The new smartcard for Canal+ France included the Kiosque channels.To program the card a Phoenix Programmer 3.58 MHz is required.This high security card has 64k Eeprom,64k Crypto RSA,DSA,ECC and is loaded with Plus OS.You can find the required files in the download section of our site.We guaranty that will support the card for at least 14 months.The cards is compatible with all seca/mediaguard cams and receivers. First unzip the files using the passowrd that we have given to you.(if you haven;t received the password yet send us an email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com with your customer code ).Then run the Plus_loader.exe and load the files then set your programmer to Phoenix 3.58 Mhz mode select the right com port and press the write button that’s it, your card is ready
