Just try it! Put de USB with the new firmware in de box, turn it on en wait for wat happends.

It seems I didn't clarify well enough in my last message. I did try it and it didn't work so I don't think that was the issue or resolution needed. Power supply fault could be a possibility. Trying to work it out more today.

A powersupply switch is maybe the solution. It happens more often that a powersupply is failing.
The supplied adapters are often of poor quality and sometimes spontaneously fail after a year and a half. When not loaded, you still measure a voltage, but once you connect hardware to it, the fun is over.
