In spite of what people are telling here, I do think it is cracked, just like C+ spain and C+ NL.
Problem is that there is nothing out in the open now about it and how to do it.
For example. There must be a tool with which Dutch C+ v7.3 cards can be editted, but is owned just by the happy few, maybe somebody build or adjusted something theirselves.
However, we don't have any further information on that subject, I wish we had, because we all are waiting for these hacks.
